If you're between the ages of 24-34, this the place for you after work. It's nice and noisy so you can talk as loudly as you want, and the beer flows easily. German pub vibe. If you want a decent German dinner, you might get that. Deviled egg appetizer was spot on and nicely presented. Jägerschnitzel was tough, but tasty. Spaetzel was lukewarm. The salad was quite savory, but the lettuce appeared weathered. My friend ordered the salmon special, the portion of fish was smaller than my fist. (I know you just looked at your fist) You can sit at the bar or SHARE a table when it's busy. The servers were super nice. Beware if you sit next to a large table. It will be noisy and cramped. I haven't been here in 20 years and it's not the same. (Nor am I...) I'll head back to Gourmet House Stadt in RWC when I need my German food fix.

Loved the ambiance in this place, server was kind and loved her energy. The beer was fantastic and paired well with the food. Loved the curry wurst, especially that sauce...it had the perfect amount of acidity to cut the fattiness of the meats and was so well seasoned. The schnitzel was also great but would have been better if they had a sauce with it. The potatoes that came with the schnitzel though was absolutely delicious and fragrant with the rosemary.

It was a beautiful day for outdoor seating, especially since we had our dog Kona with us. The service was friendly and quick, and the outdoor ambiance was great. Our group of seven, plus Kona, enjoyed the Saturday brunch menu. I ordered a side of bratwurst and a potato pancake, which was perfect for my appetite. The potato pancake was crispy on the outside and hash-like on the inside, with a golden crispness that suggested clean oil. Comes with sour cream and apple sauce on the side. The bratwurst was delicious, especially with mustard. My cousin ordered the donuts, which were more like big, fluffy donut holes. They were delicious and filling, despite only being three. The others ordered the chicken sandwich, which came with German red slaw and a perfectly cooked sunny-side-up egg on brioche. The dill pickled cucumber salad was fabulous and perfectly pickled and refreshing! The portion was perfect, and it was delectable. The food was clean and simple, though I do think it's a bit overpriced--but no regrets! Pet and kid friendly!

We came here and enjoyed our meals. We ordered the sausages, trout , pork entree and they're all good. We love Katt ( I believe that her name is) our server, she's friendly, fast and helpful. We're recommended this place.
